Crafts For Your Next Disney Vacation

Do you create crafts for your Disney vacation?  I do, but if I am being 100% honest, I love to craft so I really don’t need the excuse. Also, I think Disney crafts are some of the very best!

My favorite craft is making T-shirts. I love when my husband and son will let me make our family matching t-shirts. Yes, I am one of those (I don’t care if you make fun of me). I have made several types of shirts in the past.

  1. The Fabric Paint and Cricut Stencil

I have a Cricut and I used it and freezer paper to cut stencils. Then I ironed it onto t-shirts and painted it with fabric paint. I love making these shirts.  Here are a couple links for some inspiration:

  1. Vinyl Cut with Cricut

I used my Cricut again to cut out their vinyl and ironed it on our shirts. I LOVED these shirts. The only problem is the vinyl didn’t stay on after too many washings.

Here is another example of these shirts:

I love these shirts. I made this last year and we plan on wearing them again this year. There are a lot of Pinterest post on making the Mickey in the middle of the shirt with the dye, but I simply used fabric paint and a stencil.

These are great because whatever you dream of you can design, then print off, and iron on. I kept it simple last year when I used these. I made one with a Mickey head and my son’s name as well as a Lego Man with my son’s name for when we went to LEGOLAND.

Another couple craft ideas I like are personalized cups and Disney Princess Cupcakes!  Here is another

I have also made personalized cups, road trip bags, and of course a count down!  How about you? Share with us your Disney inspired crafts!  We would love to see them and maybe try them out!
